If you choose to exchange or use your credit to shop straight away, the below will apply.

• You'll have 14 days to ship your return back to us (all it needs to be is returned and scanned at the post office, not physically returned to our hub or warehouse).
• A $1 pre-authorisation fee will be held on your card and in the event your return isn't scanned within 14 days, you will be charged the full fee of your exchange or Shopnow item. 
• High value items with the security ribbon either damaged or detached will not be eligible for return.
• Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Any item(s) that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for store credit and will be recycled.

Handling fees apply, which covers the cost of return. If you opt to exchange, there will be an additional handling fee to ship out your exchange or Shopnow purchase.
